Gluten free
Ingredients (makes one large or two small glasses)
1 small banana, sliced
1 cup coconut milk
½ cup yoghurt (dairy or coconut)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp runny honey (optional)
1 cup frozen raspberries
Method
Combine all ingredients except the raspberries in a high powered blender or food processor. Pulse for 10 seconds (to incorporate the coconut oil and honey) then add the frozen raspberries and blend until smooth.
